Thank you for choosing to stay with Texas State University Department of Housing and Residential Life Guest Housing. Please note: overnight housing accommodations are not included in the Family and Guest orientation fee.

217 W. Woods St. San Marcos, TX 78666
The nightly rate is $45.00 per individual per night.
